Welcome to GrowLocal . By subscribing to or purchasing any of our Hosting, Software, or Service Packages (“Hosting Packages”), You agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to set clear expectations and protect both You (“Customer”) and Us (“Company”).
Our Hosting Packages may include one or more of the following, depending on the selected plan:
Website Hosting & Domain Management
Access to Licensed or Proprietary Software Tools
Funnel & Website Builder Access
Business Email Hosting (where applicable)
CRM / Marketing Software (White-Label Solutions)
Ongoing Technical Support & Maintenance
Digital Marketing Services (limited by package)
The specific inclusions of Your package will be outlined at the time of subscription or onboarding.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal.
Hosting Packages are billed on a monthly or yearly subscription basis.
Customers authorize recurring billing unless cancellation is requested in accordance with Section 4.
Prices and payment terms will be presented at checkout and/or invoicing.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension or termination of services.
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if Grow Local Marketing fails to deliver the Hosting, Software, or Service features explicitly promised at the time of purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the service interruption, non-performance, or failure.
Refunds are not applicable for:
Misuse or unauthorized use of services.
Downtime caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control (see Section 6).
Early termination of yearly plans after more than 30 days of active service.
Customers may cancel a monthly subscription at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
For yearly subscriptions, cancellation may be requested at any time; however, partial refunds will only be provided if We fail to deliver promised services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
To ensure successful delivery of services, Customers agree to:
Provide timely access to necessary logins, domain/DNS settings, or other requested assets.
Maintain up-to-date billing and contact information.
Use the Hosting Packages only for lawful purposes and not engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
We are not responsible for delays, failures, or performance issues caused by Customer inaction or incomplete cooperation.
We strive to maintain high uptime and reliable hosting; however, We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Temporary downtime may occur due to server maintenance, software updates, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.
We are not liable for loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities caused by downtime, technical issues, or events outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are encouraged to maintain their own backups, even if backup services are included in their package.
We collect and process Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy for Hosting Packages.
Payment information is handled securely by Stripe and PayPal; We do not store full payment details.
Customer data is never sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to deliver services or comply with law.

Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Grow Local shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or downtime.
Our total liability for any claim related to Hosting Packages will not exceed the total amount paid by You for the affected subscription period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Updates will be posted on our Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Hosting Packages constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
